Generally, the Monorail or Suspended access systems are more of temporary height access cleaning cradle option.
The Monorail system consists of special aluminum or steel tracks fixed to galvanized brackets installed along the soffits or other suitable panes of the building or structure. Wire ropes connect the cradle (basket) to the long horizontal aluminum rail for easy traversing (east-west) and hoisting (north-south) movements.
Suspended Access systems use a typical simple pivotal arrangement of suspension beams with counter-weights on the roof terrace with the cradle overhang along the façade.

The Building Maintenance Unit ( BMU ) is a ready solution for building design that require permanent cleaning cradle system.
The BMU is usually installed on a steel track or guided L-channels for easy machine movement on the roof area. The BMU lowers both
the Operating personnel and the work materials in the cradle safely along the façade for maintenance or other jobs.
After work, the cradle is ‘parked’ on the roof terrace and is usually not visible from the ground. BMUs are good options where the façade is completely cladded or on iconic buildings with ‘complex’ designs.

Gantry cradles are used to maintain large or wide covering areas. Gantry cradles are structurally designed to pan and traverse – underneath or above the entire covering areas.
Gantry cradles are usually of large working length. They travel along steel beams according to the building structural designs. They are permanent machines on the building. Auditoriums, Airports, Stadiums, Domes or other special wide planes.
Travelling ladders provide personnel access at different work points along the façade for job executions. A cradle is attached to the ladder and both traverse along the horizontal beams on the building panes.
